A. MyTones allows you to play a certain tone to your callers until you answer your phone.

2. What is the difference between MyTones and ring tones?

A. Ring tones are played to you to announce an incoming call. MyTones tones are played to your caller until you answer the phone.

3. How can I order MyTones?

A. You can order MyTones service using any of the following: 1. Call 9002424: You can listen to the tones and follow the voice instruction to subscribe. 2. Send SMS to 92424 with the tone code: if you know the tone code, you can send it directly to 92424. The tone will be purchased and added to your account. 3. 4. Can I play a special tone to a specific number?

A. Yes. You can select to play a tone to all your callers, or play it to a specific phone number ? local or international.

5. Can I play a specific tone at a certain time of a day?

A. Yes. Your tones can be played at daytime (7am to 7pm) or at nighttime (7pm to 7am) based on your choice.

6. Is MyTones available to both post-paid and Hala prepaid customers?

A. Yes. MyTones is available to all mobile customers and works on all mobile handsets.

7. How many Tones can I buy?

A. The number of tones in use is unlimited.

8. How much does it cost me?

A. You will pay 5 QR a month for each tone. Mytones will send you an SMS before the end of the month to announce that you can either continue with the service (another 5 QR for each tone will be charged) or delete the tone (or some tones or all of your tones) from your account. The call to MyTones service on 9002424 is charged 1 QR per minute. SMS sent to 92424 is priced t 0.5 QR/SMS.

9. What if I dont have enough credit in my Hala account, when the service must be paid?

A.The use of each tone renews automatically every month until you delete it from your account. If you do not have any credit on your Hala card at the time of payment and you do not recharge for the next 3 days, all of your unpaid tones will be cancelled. MyTones will notify you by SMS if the monthly subscription for a specific tone has succeeded or failed.

10. How can I cancel my subscription to a tone?

A.To cancel your subscription to any tone: 1. Call 9002424, press 6 to access your account. Press 4 to access your expiring tones and delete the desired tone. 2. Respond to the SMS notification message to delete the tone directly. 3. Send ?UNSUB? in an SMS to 92424. 4. Access MyTones WEB or WAP site.

11. What is the shuffle feature?

A. Shuffle feature allows you to randomly play all the tones in your account to your callers.

12. What is "Copy" Tone feature?

A. If you like any of your friends? tones, you can purchase it directly by sending your friend?s mobile number using SMS to 92424. The tone will be purchased and added directly to your account

13. What is "Gift" tone feature?

A. Gifting allows you to buy a tone and gift it to a friend. You will pay for the tone subscription fees only once (5 QR).

14. What is a play-rule and do I pay for creating any?

A. Play-rules are the rules you create to choose to play a specific tone to a specific caller and/or at a specific time. You will not be charged to add or delete play-rules. You can create as many play-rules as you like.

15. What is temporary deactivation?

A. Temporary deactivation allows you to turn off the service for a period of time without the need to permanently delete the tones in your account or unsubscribe. In case of deactivation, you will continue to be charged as usual. To temporarily turn off the service send OFF to 92424. To return the service, send ON to 92424.

16. Does MyTones service work in case of my phone is busy or out of reach?

A. MyTones service will not be played in case your phone is busy or out of reach.
